Submissions: Papers, Conversations, Explorations

 All deadlines are “Anywhere on Earth” at 23:59. 

Deadline for paper titles, abstracts and authors: Friday, 31st of October 2025

Please note that we will review only the full papers submissions. The abstracts submission deadline has been put in place to help the organisers to estimate the number of submitted papers and as reminder for the authors that the deadline for the full papers submission is within 2 weeks time. 

Final deadline for full paper PDF: Friday, 14 of November 2025

Deadline for Conversations, Explorations, and PhD Consortium: Friday, 16th of January 2026

Notification Dates

Deadline for the notifications of accepted papers, conversations, explorations and PhD consortium: Friday, 20th of February 2026
