The local team has made great efforts to accommodate more people. Please register by May 18 to join us in Edinburgh for what is shaping up to be a historic conference.
Subisdised registration is only available to students and residents of ODA-eligible countries who are presenting at the conference. Please contact registrations@thedrs.org if you need this access. All others must use the standard rate.
Simpler registration fees
Simpler registration fees
This year, we are offering simpler registration fees in line with other conferences. Instead of a non-member rate, non-members will pay the additional DRS membership fee on top of the regular fee.
Subsidised registration is for PhD students or current residents of low/middle-income (Official Development Assistance/ODA-eligible) countries. These countries are listed here. Please note that we are not offering subsidised registration to prospective students or early career researchers.
Online registration is for remote-only participation and gives you access to all Papers and Keynotes, as well as selected hybrid Conversations and Explorations.
If you need DRS to issue an invoice to your institution for payment, please contact support@thedrs.org.
Need to change mode? That's okay! You can change between in-person and online until May 18 for free. If you change from in-person to online, we'll refund you the difference.

Instead of a non-member registration fee, you'll pay the fee plus the DRS membership fee that applies to you. When you followw the registraton link, you'll be asked first to pay for your membership, and then to pay for the conference. You can immediately cancel autorenew for your membership in your account (we cannot control this part unfortunately).
